Internationally acclaimed as a painter and sculptor, Tobi Kahn draws on his Jewish heritage to create abstract, spiritual works evocative of the cosmos and the elements of the earth. Kahn’s minimal formations reflect sky, land, water, molecules, blood and the nuclei of life itself. The paintings, inspired by the book of Genesis, become metaphors for creation.
